Responsibilities of the Firewall Engineer

Requirements of the Network Security / Firewall Engineer:
This is a full time, direct hire role and will require US citizenship to access some customer sites in the DC/VA metro area. You must pass a drug screen and Background investigation as well.
Minimum 6 years of experience designing and/or deploying security architectures
Strong experience with Fortinet Firewalls as well as additional experience with Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Check Point or other enterprise firewall experience
Cisco based routing and switching experience
Experience with security compliance standards like PCI, HIPAA, etc.
Experience with site to site VPN, remote access VPN
Ability to work both independently and with a team of highly skilled professionals

As an Account Executive/Event Manager working out of our Darien, CT office, you will be responsible for soliciting supplier and buyer participants for appointment based (1:1) exchange events. Your primary objectives will be to assertively prospect/sell event participation to new attendees, foster and maintain relationships with current and past clients; provide continuous assistance and client support before, during, and after each event; and provide on-site leadership and management of individual events.
This position is multifaceted and driven by outbound telephone sales but perfected through the careful nurturing of clients throughout the entire sales cycle and beyond.
Solicit supplier and buyer companies to participate in exchange events, developing new sales and renewing previous clients through sales calls
Prospect for new business through various sources, including industry and other publications, websites and competitive shows

Provide accurate sales projections and forecasts
